Re: How to retire the slice on W10 UI 20200114g

I'm seeing it. Will report up the tree. It's not an ideal workaround, but for now you can dismiss the guide by just selecting the channel you're already on. On Android/FireTV, another workaround is to navigate from the slice guide to the navigation bar on the bottom (hit left once). Then back will d...

Re: Odd behavior first time opening slide guide.

This is happening again. Shield hdhr version 20200114g. Hit up on remote and rewind arrow on progress bar highlighted instead of slice guide. Couldn't arrow over to slice guide. Had to exit live and go back in to get to the slice guide, with up on remote. Thought I saw that this was fixed. hmm... C...

Re: Scheduled Recordings by Date?

We are actually in the process of making sure the WMC remotes work 1 to 1 with HDHomeRun software. Feel free to give us your list of buttons that don't work. Nate, is there a specific IR receiver required in this development or just any of those that work with WMC? Thanks Gary I think we're trying ...

On the Task list view, while the trash icon can be invoked with keyboard/remote navigation, clicking the trash icon with a mouse is bugged in that it doesn't trigger the delete action and just goes into the task.
Sure enough. Will add to the bug list.

Re: One-off recordings - is the All/Current button functional?

Win10 20191209/20200104 When a task is created for a show by setting a one-off recording, using the All Episodes/Current Season button on the details view doesn't seem to be functional. Clicking it just refreshes the screen and nothing changes. Moreover does this mean once a show has a one-off it c...

Re: Having a hard time convincing - neil459

Now that I am thinking about it, not sure, but some channel recordings do not have the FF lockup, but this might be a stretch. That's kind of what we're guessing. Sometimes individual channels can cause unexpected errors. If you happen to find a recording with the FF error in the near future, feel ...

Re: Scheduled Recordings by Date?

I was looking in the Tasks screen and there does not appear to be a way to see tasks by day. Is this view currently unavailable? Unfortunately, not at the moment. It's a feature we're definitely interested in including, but admittedly there's a long list of those. p.s.: I was please to find that my...

Re: Issues Recording

I have the same problem using HD Homerun Prime. Nothing records. Could you tell me how to find the saved folder, or how to change it. I can't find any information on that. If you're using Win10, run the HDHomeRun setup and go to the DVR tab. https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/_media/dvr:win10dvrsetup....

Re: Having a hard time convincing - neil459

Yes, it locks up, you cannot go forward or backward. You have to hit the squiggly line icon at the bottom right to put you back into "Recordings". Then you have to go to the recorded icon, select the program again, and start the recording. Sometimes it jumps to the point of interruption, sometimes ...
