Besides the well-publicized command to start video streaming, is there an HTTP command equivalent to the hdhomerun_config.exe command , i.e., just to set the tuner to the channel but without initiating a stream?

The record engine already supports playout only operation (ie disabling recording) by setting the RecordStreamsMax to 0 in the conf file.
