Agree completely. SD should have a process in place to auto-credit. If that process fails for some reason they should take steps to intervene and correct the overcharge manually. It should not be on the customer to detect and report the overcharge; at least not on a mass scale.

I was an early poster this past weekend stating that I was charged the full $34.99. I did follow the recommendation that I open a support ticket and I was quickly refunded the $10 by SD support. However, when I enquired about what to do for my elderly in-laws I was told that they should also open a ...

My service renewed today for $34.99. Is this expected? My expectation is /has been that until we get the full lineup back that we’re getting the $10 discount. What’s going on?
