Thanks for that pointer! I'm hoping to try this on his setup today. The symptoms match perfectly, so hopefully that'll do it!

Yes, the Win10 app is on the same machine as the record engine; I've searched but can't find info on exactly what the loopback fix is. I'll keep searching, but any info might have, regarding this ( ;-) ), is much appreciated!

Working on HDHR3-CC setup, my.hdhomerun.com shows both RECORD and PRIME (1322E158) at version 20190417. Step one is to get the CableCARD validated. ...snip... Thanks for the response. I think I might have to beg spectrum to try to kick it in to validating again on their end again... if expertise by support can be a factor in making it happen...I seem to be getting help from those that give up quickly...

I noticed I was missing a channel in my HDHR3-CC and it appears I should have just left that well enough alone....
