GUI issues on Windows
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned and it really isn't a big deal, but could probably be fixed easily and added to your next update. On Windows 11 using the HDHomeRun app, when first going to live TV after opening the app, if the app is maximized to full screen, I'd typically click once on the ...

Custom 1U dual prime rack kit
Admins, if this post isn't allowed, please remove. I came across a site that 3d prints custom rack kits. I saw he has kits for some of the HDHomeRun's, but he didn't have one for the Prime. I had him build me a custom 1U rack kit for dual Primes. The one on the right doesn't have a cable card ...

Re: Upgraded internet now Prime doesn't get channels
Sorry for the late response. I just reran all new network cables after installing new switches and the HDHomeRun is back online. There must have been a loose connection, which could explain why somethings worked and others didn't. Thanks!!!

Upgraded internet now Prime doesn't get channels
Hello all!
I tried calling and texting support but no answer and they are closed now. I had Xfinity out today to swap out my modem and router to a new modem/router combo provided by Xfinity. They didn't mess with Cable TV. After getting the internet back up and running, my Prime no longer sees any ...

Re: Is my HDHR Prime dying?
good idea, I will give it a shot. Thanks!KeithAbbott wrote: Tue Jun 09, 2026 3:39 am If you haven't tried this already, I would swap the old power adapter with the brand new one that is still in the box. Sometimes power adapters go bad and cause wonky things to happen.

Is my HDHR Prime dying?
Hello,
I think my HDHR Prime is dying. Live TV and recordings often have stuttering or artifacting and often times eventually a loss of signal. Let me outline the troubleshooting steps I've taken.
1. I suspected that the drive on my computer that is used for the DVR and Live TV buffer was possibly ...
