This is something we need to look into but in the meantime can you try setting android audio settings to PCM?

Also do you have a DVR subscription? Does this happen on recordings? If so could you provide us with one that is showing the issue?

A beta app was put out yesterday on the play store that should address this issue.

Please accept my apologies here, the 0212 did not fix the issue.
I did not realise until it was too late that the build did not include the fix.
The fix was included in the 0213 release.

@Rabbit1543 Hello You said that the public release "seems to perform better" - does this mean that it has issues too? I have taken a look at the diagnostic logs and do see it dropping video frames. Is the stutter a video stutter or are you also having audio issues too? Is this with hd or sd channels...

@PghCordCutter Could you enable diagnostics in the app (play/pause 13 times to access settings menu) then check the remote diagnostics box is on. Replicate the issue. Note the time/date the moment the issue occurred. Send me the device id with the time/date so I can see what happened around the time...
