I'm running a HDHomeRun Prime with Spectrum in the New York Finger Lakes area and I don't see the issue on those channels on Windows 10. I do occasionally get the error on all DRM channels in Sony TV with Android TV, but that clears when I restart Android TV.

Are you saying they wouldn't activate the service for your existing card and TA, or they wouldn't issue you a new card and TA? I'm also on Spectrum CC service but in upstate NY.

If you decide on Android TV (new Sony TV or Chromecast dongle) and prefer a grid-type channel guide, you can use Google's Live Channels app with your Prime.

I also see similar popup Windows error windows that do not close unless I close the app. Just started happening over the last week or so.
