I swapped one end of the cable and the issue followed the cable. Replaced it with a different one and tightened all the F connectors, and I'm back up to 104 channels on all three HDHomeruns. Thanks for the help!

A regular 3 way or a balanced 3 way splitter?

It sounds to me that you may be using a regular 3 way and are overpowering the quatro.
