It should update once it runs the first time at install..
However - sometimes there is old versions sitting around..

I would go to app center and stop it.
Then SSH to the NAS and remove /tmp/hdhome*
then start again in app center
It should update - otherwise there is another version sitting ...

It's reporting that /share/Multimedia/HDHomeRunDVR/ is tmpfs instead of whatever the correct filesystem would be, which tells me there probably isn't a Multimedia share on the device. Did you delete it? It's normally there by default on QNAP.
