I get that not all devices require a channel scan and the TA must be used to tune the channel. So if I understand this issue correctly, until Charter Spectrum acknowledges that the TA is mapping to the incorrect frequency and program number, I'm pretty much up a crick. Which model? I found an issue for certain models with 2 nics with 2 ips where the engine will run on one and if u go the the ui on the other is it fails to detect the engine is itself and thus won't list recordings. A fix is inbound, but am out of the country until next weekend. I am using a DS918+...

Actually, in my market, everything is unrestricted except for premium services, which IMHO is the way it should be. :)

I'm hoping that there is another Prime user in my service area that will chime in and let me know if they are experiencing the problem.

Send diagnostic information enabled, channel scan run and I have attempted to watch the problem channel 619 on Device ID: 1322D8F0.
