That was it! The php path did not include /volume1/@appstore/HDHomeRunDVR/etc, I added it and now working great.

I Installed the HDHomeRun SPK on my Synology NAS and migrated from the existing SD DVR installation. I manually stopped the original SD record engine and moved the config file to the new package directory.
