Re: Encryption
Sorry if this is a newbie question. I am in the Denver area and trying to view the non-DRM ATSC3.0 channels (there are 2 DRM and 2 non-DRM). The signal strength and quality for the combined channel (34 KWGN) is 100% and 100% (via the Signal GH app on iOS). However, trying to view any of the 4 chann...

We have an update that changes the behavior such that it will announce only on the primary IP addresses. It will still reply it a request on any IP address.

Re: Regedit Port not working ....
The port number you have entered is invalid and is being ignored.
0x00049673 = 300659. The highest allowable port number is 65535.
Edit the Port entry again, select "Decimal", then enter the port number you want to use.

Re: Encryption
Which is why I asked a while back why the HD Homerun could not be modified so it could at least tune and receive encrypted ATSC 3.0 stations so they could be at least viewed on the TV but not record them until the legal stuff is resolved. Seems like an easy change to me. Making that change would be...

Re: HDHomerun app on iPhone 15 Pro Max does not detect HDHomerun Prime (3)
iOS 18.1 is blocking local network communication. According to the documentation iOS is meant to pop up a message asking for permission like Mac does but it isn't.
We are trying to find a solution.

Re: Conflict warning missing
You don't need to schedule additional times - the HDHomeRun will record every episode once so if it can't record the first airing it will automatically record the next airing. If the first airing recorded successfully it knows not to record the next airing of the same episode. It even tracks episode...

No, Widevine support is not enough for A3SA. The app itself has to be secure and A3SA has to approve the app.

Re: 4 year old Hdhomerun just died..
You broke that pretty good :) It can be repaired but to do it properly requires desoldering the shield, soldering the connector to the PCB (top, bottom, and center pin), resoldering the shield, then soldering the RF connector to the shield. How about this... if you send it to us and sign up for a ye...
