StartTime and EndTime are the start and end times listed in the guide. They are unix timestamp format (UTC). RecordStartTime and RecordEndTime are when the recording should start and end. Do you get a pop-up error message?

Can you please turn on "send diagnostic information" in the settings menu and double-check the Speaker Configuration option is set to Digital Passthrough... then post back with the Device ID of your HDHomeRun.

* Add settings menu with options for starting page, slice guide, and send diagnostic information.
* Support entering grid guide using up/down from live TV (disable slice guide in the settings menu for this behavior).

Apple TV does not support Widevine or DTCP2 - it will not work for ATSC 3.0 DRM protected channels.

Apple TV 4K models support all ATSC 3.0 unencrypted formats. The problem is specific to ATSC 3.0 DRM.
