Some LiIon Car Battery Jump Starter Battery Packs have regulated 12V and/or regulated 5V USB ports.
If you can find one that has a regulated 12V output you could plug right in.
Or if it has 5V 3A via USB it would work with the previously linked adapter.

The HDHomeRun is for use on your home private network, protected from the internet by your home router. Anyone in your home can access it (by design).

That looks fine, although the signal quality will change depending on the PLPs needed.

The warranty is the original warranty, or the RMA date + 90 days, whichever is longer.
