We have confirmed an outage affecting 8 channels for Pacific/Mountain time zone customers. We hope to have this fixed quickly.

UPDATE: The problem should now be solved. We will continue to monitor to be sure there are no other issues as a result of today's upgrade.

Hi,

Not problem there - if you cancel the service will continue to work for the duration you paid for. You can re-enable at any time.

Most of these channels stopped being delivered to us a few days ago. We are still trying to get a clear answer as to why these channels were disabled.

We understand the frustration and we will make things right.

TheDetective - confirming, a number of channels recently got a deinterlace upgrade upstream which significantly improved the picture quality. ACraigo - stop exaggerating. I have a related question with an added complication. I expect to soon have 2 HDHR boxes that can receive PTV. 2 tuners each, so not exceeding the maximum. I'm on the east coast. I plan to take a vacation to Arizona, take one of the boxes with me and leave the other at home to make scheduled record...
