Re: Encryption

so my understanding as to why the HDHomerun devices are NOT unencrypting the DRM signals is because PearlTV/ASCA is NOT approving them, claiming that there is a chip in the devices made outside of the US?
No, that claim was a made up story.

The HDHomeRun actually doesn't touch the encryption ...

Re: Locked Up / Ready to Record

Checking, are you using the HDHomeRun FLEX with an attached USB drive? or are you using a NAS/PC for recordings?

Re: Win 11 app crash "Null strings may not be marshaled...

Found it - if the app can't determine the monitor the app is running on it returns null (by design) and UWP doesn't allow null to be marshaled which is weird.

It has been fixed, I will arrange for a new release quickly.

When does this error occur? (ie where in the app were you and what was the last action you did?)

Re: XMLTV Guide Data

Yes, you can use HDHomeRun guide data...

URL format: https://api.hdhomerun.com/api/xmltv?Ema ... xx,xxx,xxx
(just put in your email and the Device IDs of your HDHomeRun devices)

More documentation:

IC7 - Richtek RT9081AGQZA

Suggestions:

1) Checking IC2 RT7273GQW:
Check +12V is reaching the input caps - C7, C8, and C9.
Check all 3 outputs. Easiest is to check L2 (1.8V), L3 (1.15V), and L5 (3.3V). If 1 or 2 rails are working it may be a short downstream on one rail rather than the IC that is ...
