I’m attempting to block content from my Hdhomerun to my Roku during certain times of the day. Blocking traffic via IP with my router isn’t working. Maybe the mDNS is wiggling around that method? Is there good method for blocking hdhomerun streams?
Does your router sit between your HDHomeRun and ...

Re: Speaker Configuration
Thank you for your post. It is still confusing to me why you would transcode an AC4 5.1 soundtrack to a stereo output, but maybe the transcode process has limits.
I've been reading this forum (and other relevant AV forums) for a long time, and I don't think it's ever been stated. Could be ...

Re: Multi picture frame view.
There are already open source apps that do this for Android TV using the HDHomeRun as a source. I won't link them because I don't think that's allowed.
I would be very interested in being able to combine 2, 3, or 4 videos, with the ability to toggle sound between them, and optionally to adjust ...

Now that I've gotten back into a Jeopardy groove, this feature is a must-have. My wife and I will watch two or three episodes when we're in a trivia mood, and then 20 episodes will pile up when I'm not looking - even recording current season only!

Is that set in stone as part of the paperwork, or can you change with sufficient notice? Despite the long-term uncertainty of 3.0, there certainly aren't many 3.0 LPTV stations around.nickk wrote: Sun May 24, 2026 8:18 am Our pending Wichita KS license poses an interesting problem... do we ATSC 1.0 or ATSC 3.0?

Just google it.
Samsung stopped putting 3.0 in their OLEDs a year or so ago. I think they still offer it in the QLED line.
LG also stopped a couple of years ago.
That is nothing like "won't support DRM". I have yet to see a manufacturer publicly say anything about ATSC 3.0 DRM.
