Which Android STB? Is it Dolby Atmos-licensed?

I’m attempting to block content from my Hdhomerun to my Roku during certain times of the day. Blocking traffic via IP with my router isn’t working. Maybe the mDNS is wiggling around that method? Is there good method for blocking hdhomerun streams?

Is that set in stone as part of the paperwork, or can you change with sufficient notice? Despite the long-term uncertainty of 3.0, there certainly aren't many 3.0 LPTV stations around.
