On what do you base this assertion?

Re: New Silicondust LTE Filter

What do you mean reversing? I don't think there will be any filtering if you do that. I mean exactly that. Reversing. Why would you think there would be no filtering? It is a passive device. The CM LTE filter seems to work just as well in either direction. I'd suspect the SD LTE filter is nearly id...

Re: no channels found

Also could be a power problem if running a pre-amp. Some go dark without power.

Re: no channels found

First thought that comes to mind is coax connections issue. Not tight or maybe poorly installed connector. Or maybe with the antenna itself.

Signal Quality Level & Fluctuation

Recently KGW (NBC VHF 8) changed to UHF 26. Signal strength meter is solid 100%. So actual SS is probably well above that. However the SQ fluctuates rapidly between 75% and 85%. Occasionally dipping to 70%, and reaching up into the 90's%. KATU (ABC UHF 24) has SS and SQ in the mid 90's% and is prett...

Re: Block A Channel

Right. By frequency.
Didn't think the capability existed. Thought I'd ask just in case.

Came across something about short circuiting a stub tuner to notch out a channel. But that is probably beyond me to design. Maybe could build if I knew exactly what to build.

Thanks

So in order to add it to the existing setup the following is needed: a piece of coax with 2 RF connectors on the From Antenna end https://i.postimg.cc/8cGWJ7PC/51-Mdg8-Hue-SL-AC-SL1200.jpg gended bender on To TV/Amplifier end https://i.postimg.cc/gkNRjk9Y/41r1-O1-Ks-N2-L-AC-SL1000.jpg Why aren't bo...

Re: New Silicondust LTE Filter

It is an inline filter - you attach it to the back of your HDHomeRun or the back of your RF amplifier. No cables required. Unless running an amplifier at the antenna. The filter should go upstream of the amp so that the amp doesn't get over driven. The LTE filter being a passive device can actually...

Block A Channel

Is there a way to block a specific channel signal so that it is not picked up by scans? The situation is that VHF 12 is also broadcast in a nearby community on low power UHF 18 and I have to manually configure WMC to use VHF 12 (including half dozen sub channels). Normally scanning is not a frequent...

Re: New Silicondust LTE Filter

It's been more than a month. Is it just empty words? I was not aware Amazon was charging the customer for shipping if the total order is under $25. They are charging us for shipping as well. I will talk it through internally - we can probably offer an alternative shipping where we ship for free. Nick

Re: New Silicondust LTE Filter

We've seen spec sheet of the Channel Master LTE filter and 3rd parting test results. Where is the SD LTE filter spec sheet and test results?
An extra 99 cents for the SD logo. Oh and it looks like plus shipping too.
