I do not have any issue with the video stuttering on channel 107.1. the video is fantastic. This is using a Mecool KM1. I am using a hardware ethernet connection.

I have three different Android devices that have audio on the atsc 3.0 channels.
Nvidia shield
TiVo stream 4K
Mecool KM1. The Mecool is my player of choice.
