A good percentage of adverts do no contain closed captioning. No closed captioning due to an advert and no closed captioning due to nobody talking look the same.

Forcing an ATSC 3.0 deadline will require all TV sets to include an ATSC3.0 tuner. It wasn't that long ago the Android Boxes couldn't play DRM channels
after the last issue months ago, and then that was eventually fixed/updated.

Dunno if the mods will get back to you. But I think they block all references to any product that is even remotely competitive to SiliconDust products.
