Did you disconnect power and the antenna, and then plug it back in? I have had two occurrences where I needed to completely disconnect the 4K, and it came back up fine.

I have used a Prime and an OTA in the same DVR for 5 years. But that means Windows 7 Media Center + EPG123 until DRM recording comes to HDHR DVR.

Motorola. I have tried three Tuning Adapters, but all on the same cable card. I will be swapping that cable card out in the next few days, but after that I have to consider an issue with the Prime.

Make sure you're not using the HDHR as the coax connection to the Tuning Adapter. My coax comes in, goes into a splitter, one end goes to the HDHR and other end to the Tuning Adapter.
