So...the big question, is this just related to the channels that have already been removed.
Without looking at the court filing again, I know at least Disney is one of the Plaintiffs in the case so the answer is, "No."

I'd like to see Omniverse' response in which they would likely present documentation that they have the rights to re-transmit the streams or fold...

Another customer looking for an update here - little unnerving to see this issue removed from the health/status post and then complete radio silence from SD... what gives? Radio silence is what worked for the Kickstarter/ record protected channels issue. My heart has dropped into my stomach. Again....

The provider that shall not be mentioned, has this simplified in AndroidTV. You can select any of the channels available directly from the home screen, bypassing the need for a separate login. Can PremiumTV be worked to do this?

Roku now supports MPEG2 as of v9.0 of code which was recently rolled out. Long overdue. It is my understanding that not all Roku models support mpeg-2. Maybe this is why silicondust hasn't built an app for Roku yet? I think that they should do it anyhow and those with older roku's might want to con...
