Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client

Thanks. I think it is that the sleep- resume is slow on the powerline devices as I have one device that works fine with a permanently connected ethernet line.

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client

I guess I spoke too soon as my wake from sleep problem has returned. I have to disable/enable the PVR to watch any channels after sleep. Do I send the log to you via email?

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client

Sorry but I have it waking from sleep ok now and don't have the old logs. I changed the Win10 powercfg to not hibernate and the intel bios to not s5. That seemed to cure the issue. I also had another problem where the nuc I had connected with powerline devices was buffering quite alot. I changed the...

Re: TVJunkieMOD (Record, Request, Playback, Favorites +)

Re: Amazon limiting local storage of content. That's a failed attempt isn't it? It has a ethernet connection and that allows connection to a local NAS and an almost unlimited amount of streaming content from other sources via the Internet.

Re: TVJunkieMOD (Record, Request, Playback, Favorites +)

Interesting that it gets a little better when I lower the recording buffer from 32 to ~14. I tried raising the others to no effect.

Re: TVJunkieMOD (Record, Request, Playback, Favorites +)

I'm using 16.1. I have played around with the buffer and timeshifting settings with some improvement found in reducing the buffer setting. The video plays well for a few seconds and then becomes erratic. Thanks for your help and will be looking forward to the version that works with FAT32. Seems ver...

Re: TVJunkieMOD (Record, Request, Playback, Favorites +)

I changed both the timeshifting and recording paths to the NAS and the picture now comes up but the video is pixelated and stutters a lot. I couldn't get to test the FF/Rew features as the video would not play well enough to test. Any ideas on fixing this? The NAS and network is fast enough as I run...

Re: TVJunkieMOD (Record, Request, Playback, Favorites +)

I can't get timeshifting working. When I turn this on, it starts and reports timeshifting and then says all tuners are in use. As soon as I turn this feature off, it starts and plays live tv fine. I have the timeshifting pointed to a sd card on Fire TV 4k box and recording going to a NAS.
