Re: Hardware Failure Connect Quatro Circuit Board Clad Crack

Nick,

I have a duo which, after just over a year and a half, experienced the same issue with the power connector solder trace on the board. I have been contemplating trying to fix it myself but the foil trace bonding issue concerned me. So I have just let it sit.

I have opened a Trouble Ticket.

Re: strange configuration that somehow blocks firmware update

Seems like there is a glitch in the routing table on the Plex Box. The HDHR boxes are indeed accessible inside but they have no access to the Internet.

Re: HomeRun on WIRED FireStick

Sounds like the Wi-Fi network and the physical Ethernet network are separate. How do you have the physical wires connected ... router, modem, access point, fire stick, etc. ?

Re: Symbol Quality Constantly Dropping from 100% to 0% on Specific Channel

Seeing it is on VHF CH11, which is in the low 200+MHz, I would look at FM interference created by cheap CFL or LED lights. I ran into the exact same thing with a channel in my area. It only happened from Dusk to dawn, as I realized that there were lights in the garage soffit that had been replaced b...

Re: Flex 4k + external drive

Yes you can add any sufficiently speedy USB Hard Drive to the Flex. You do not need to purchase a Servio to add a HD to the Flex. You can, but the Flex has the USB port for you. There are three mainstream USB 2TB drives available for $60. I have listed these in the order of my personal reliability p...

Re: Google Mesh network setup with Homerun?

Hi, I did a quick search, not extensive and I am trying to figure out how to get my homerun network working on the google mesh network. I have Prime TV and my Samsung TV working, but I can't seem to locate the Homerun devices behind the google network. I am guessing that they are behind the mesh ne...

Re: Freezing when 'mute' enabled, or other programs opened

Ok - some specifics to go with the new capture. As said, I have a media keyboard with a hardware 'mute' button. It is that button I am using. Just for Ss&Gs, since you indicated that the same Media Keyboard is used on both Windows 10 systems; you may want to be more descriptive of the Media Keyboar...

Not to be dense, but I do not get the purpose of this new "XMLTV format guide" service?
