The Mesh nodes are on a separate network from the Netgear Router ethernet ports. That is why you could not connect. Possibly you have a defective HDMI cable. Have you tried a new cable? I ran into this exact issue last week, moving the cable apparently broke a wire internally.

You state that this is only on your computer, and then say that it doesn't work on any device. Is there a chance you have a Roku or FireTV, which is not at the home screen? It is possible they still have the HD app open and tuned to a channel. Run the hdhomerun_config_gui to see what has the channel...

Keith,

Two random thoughts. first everything must be on the same router, even if you are bridging or port forwarding. second, have you tried to install the Scribe Duo Beta firmware? I seem to recal getting the same on Firestick until the beta was installed.

Yes after forcing down the 20191025 update and a firmware update , the issue has been resolved. Thanks to the team.

I have a customer using two brand new Fire TV 4k and they are also experiencing the Audio Sync issue after fast forwarding through commercials.

Has this been resolved??
