There are already 4k broadcasts on cable TV. My current HDHR tunes them just fine. By next year there will be many different channels all broadcasting 4k Live events via cable TV at the same time. I am getting worried this will no longer be up able to withstand the future. Fios 4k broadcasts are 25 Mbps. I think that is actually a very conservative bitrate for 4k When 4k becomes more common there is no way this thing will be able to record 6 4k broadcasts at once with 100 Mbs Ethernet So if ...

You would need a MOCA adapter to get On Demand and guide data for your STB

I think the setup is ONT --> ethernet to WAN --> Ethernet from LAN port to MOCA adapter + Coax from ONT to MOCA adapter "In"---> coax from MOCA adapter "Out" to STB
