The Flex does not have Wifi only an ethernet port. All 4 tuners are in the same box you only get 1 box. You will need some other device to connect to your TV to actiully play the tuned channels that the Flex will stream over your home network. e.g. Roku or Amazon Fire Tv.

Depending on the age of your DUO perhaps the power supply is going bad (often the cause of intermittent problems)
Try a different (compatible) power supply.

Because WMC does not scan the VHF frequencies. You will need to add VHF channels by hand to WMC. This is all detailed in the EPG123 documentation which you will most likely need to use if you are using WMC.

Nope the call to start serviec menu always shows. you need to look at tuner and cablecard status pages to determine if it's properly paired.
